Here, Michelin star Chef Nino Rossi and his team embrace the ancient practice of foraging wild plants, rediscovering a hidden treasure often overlooked by those who only admire the landscape.
Gargoyle Films directed and shot the project, with part of the footage captured on analog film, and handled the entire post-production process, including visual effects, editing and color grading, with the aim of creating a mini documentary that tells the story of this remarkable place in the heart of Calabria.
